By using Publica Drive, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
Publica Drive is a middleware platform that enables public sharing of files stored in Google Drive using:
- Pretty URLs
- Password protection
- File streaming
- Analytics tracking
- Advertising-supported access
We do not host your files — they remain stored in your Google Drive.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to upload or share:
- Illegal content
- Copyright-infringing material
- Malware or harmful software
- Adult content involving minors
- Content that violates laws or regulations
You are fully responsible for all files you upload or share.
3. Public File Access
By default, uploaded files are publicly accessible via generated links unless password protected.
You are responsible for:
- Setting passwords
- Managing access
- Sharing links safely
We are not responsible for unauthorized sharing of your links.
4. Account Security
You must:
- Maintain control of your Google account
- Protect access credentials
- Notify us of unauthorized access
We are not liable for account misuse caused by compromised credentials.
5. Advertising
Publica Drive displays ads to support free usage. Ads may appear:
- During uploads
- On file view pages
- On folder pages
You agree not to block or interfere with service functionality.
6. File Streaming
Files are streamed through our system for security. You may not:
- Attempt to bypass streaming controls
- Extract hidden storage links
- Reverse engineer access methods
7. Abuse & Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Policy violations
- Illegal activity
- Excessive abuse
- Security threats
We reserve the right to remove any content without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
Publica Drive platform software, design, and branding remain our property.
Users retain ownership
of their uploaded files.
9. Service Availability
We provide service "as is" without guarantees. We are not liable for:
- Data loss
- Downtime
- Google service failures
- External network issues
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Publica Drive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction unless otherwise specified.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
